HOW WE WORK

Seven stages, and you always know where you are.

Every project runs the same route. You approve the shape of the work before build starts, so nothing arrives as a surprise at the end.

    Discovery

Understanding the business before proposing anything.

We start with what you actually need the project to do — who your customers are, what they should do when they arrive, and what is getting in the way today. This is also where we find out what content and assets already exist, because that shapes everything that follows.

    • What the project has to achieve
    • Who the audience is
    • What content and assets you already have
    • Constraints worth knowing about early
  2. 02

    Planning and Strategy

Turning the brief into a structure you can approve.

Before any design work, we agree the shape of the thing: pages, sections, navigation and the route from landing to enquiry or order. Agreeing structure at this point is what stops a project drifting later.

    • Sitemap and page structure
    • Content plan, page by page
    • The path to enquiry, order or booking
    • Scope and timeline written down
  3. 03

    Design

    The visual direction, applied consistently.

Design work establishes the layout, type, colour and spacing rules, then applies them across the project. You review the direction early, so changes happen while they are cheap to make rather than after everything is built.

    • Layout and visual direction
    • Type, colour and spacing system
    • Mobile layouts designed, not squeezed
    • Review before build begins
  4. 04

    Development

Building it properly, on modern foundations.

Build work turns the approved design into a real, responsive site: semantic markup, reusable components, optimised images and fonts, and contact routes wired to where you actually want enquiries to land.

    • Responsive build across all breakpoints
    • Reusable components, minimal duplication
    • Optimised images, fonts and scripts
    • Contact, WhatsApp and form routes wired
  5. 05

    Review and Refinement

Your notes, then a proper pass over the details.

You walk through the build and give notes. We work through them, then do our own pass — checking layouts on real screen sizes, testing every link and form, and clearing console errors and missing assets before anything goes live.

    • Your review round, worked through
    • Responsive checks on real device sizes
    • Every link, form and route tested
    • Accessibility and contrast checks

    Launch

Going live, and handing over the keys.

Launch covers domain and hosting setup, final metadata, sitemap and robots configuration, and a walkthrough so you know how to reach us and what you can change yourself.

    • Domain and hosting configuration
    • Metadata, sitemap and robots in place
    • Final pre-launch check
    • Handover walkthrough

    Ongoing Growth Support

What happens after launch is a choice, not an assumption.

A site is not finished at launch. Content changes, new pages, SEO work, campaigns and social content are all things we can continue with — but only if you want them. Tell us what kind of ongoing support fits, and we will scope it separately.

    • Content updates and new pages
    • Ongoing SEO work
    • Campaign and social media support
    • Scoped separately, on your terms
ON TIMELINES

How long any of this takes.

Speed is genuinely how we work — it is the idea the brand is named after. A focused single-page site with content ready can move very quickly indeed.

But we are not going to tell you that every website is delivered in exactly two hours, because that would not be true. Real timelines depend on how many pages you need, how complex the functionality is, how quickly content and feedback come back, and how many review rounds you want.

So we do this instead: once we know the scope, you get a timeline for your project — and we hold ourselves to that one.

Stage one is a conversation.

Tell us what you need. We'll ask a few questions and come back with scope, a timeline and a custom quote.
